Return Policy

At Coast2Coast Solar, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • Damaged in Transit – If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Defective Product – If your panel, inverter, or component is not functioning as intended, we’ll replace or refund it after inspection.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped – If you received the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping and send you the correct one.
  • Missing Parts/Incomplete Kit – If your kit is missing pieces required for installation, notify us within 14 days and we’ll send replacements.
  • Warranty Issues – Many of our products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item fails within the warranty period, we’ll help facilitate the claim.

Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging unless the return reason is due to damage or defect.
  • Custom orders or clearance items are final sale.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label (when applicable).
  3. Refunds or replacements are issued once the product is received and inspected.
